BBQ Pulled Lion's Mane
1 lb Lion's Mane Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 F
Shred mushrooms by hand and spread on a baking sheet
Mix seasoning and coat/toss with the mushrooms ensuring full coverage
Bake for 20 minutes or until cripsy
Heat sauce in a large pan over medium heat and stir in cripsy mushrooms
Stir and cook for 5 minutes
